Today met a guy say big bore engine kits not fit his battery grip
. Our specification clearly mentioned it is 69mm long valve version. But he do not get know there were be another 64mm version due to our specification not mentioned that. It is time waste and money cost to redispatch them again battery grip. We both side lost the money. It is a lesson for me. Have already revised them to let the customer clearly understand what exactly it is. So the specification would be the key of the parts business.
